OFFSITE offers custom data center space with flexible services and flexible contract terms. Space is primarily used as data backup either being managed or unmanaged. About half of our customers use OFFSITE as primary data center space.
Our client mix is about one-third financial, one-third health care and the remaining are a mix of manufacturing and services companies.
Facilities include a five-acre data center campus with both work place recovery and call center space in Kenosha, Wis. It is positioned as a mid-point between Chicago and Milwaukee for better network resiliency.
Additionally, OFFSITE maintains a large collocation facility at 350 Cermak in Chicago specifically for low-latency access to financial markets and network providers. To compliment our data center services, OFFSITE has built out Ethernet POPs where customers can connect to equipment through local Metro-E services.
POP locations include the AON Center, the CBOT building, 200 S. Wacker and 350 East Cermak in Chicago. We are also in the Wells Building in Milwaukee, the Park Bank Building in Madison and Mizner Park in South Florida.
About two-thirds of our customers are from the Chicago and suburban Chicago areas while the remaining third are a mix of Madison, Wis. and Milwaukee-based companies.
